As a therapist, I provide a judgement free zone that allows you to do your inner work. Past trauma, stress, anxiety, and anger have their place, but one does not have to live with them everyday. After studying CBT, mindfulness, and DBT, I believe that doing the work in therapy will help to guide you in your self-awareness and relationship with yourself. I can help to lead and usher you into your best self.
I believe that therapy is not a fix all but is the way to find a way to create realistic goals that are attainable to better one's life. Therapy helps to give life more meaning.
A bit about me, I am a Las Vegas native who kept it all Nevada as I attended UNLV for every one of my degrees. I was raised in a multilingual house with my mother immigrating to Las Vegas from Aruba. I love the desert and the water. In my free time, I cosplay, am a voracious reader, enjoy going to comic cons, and do as many nerdy things as possible with children.
