Discounted Out-of-Pocket Private Pay Standard Rates
These rates are discounted to make care accessible for those who need it but cannot use their insurance, are unable to secure coverage, or prefer greater privacy in their mental health care.

Student Interns: 

• Diagnostic Interview Session (Initial Intake): $95 
• Individual Session: $75 
• Family or Couple Session: $85

Mid-Level Licensed Clinicians: Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate/Intern, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate/Intern and Licensed Social Workers:

• Diagnostic Interview Session (Initial Intake): $155 
• Individual Session: $115
• Family or Couple Session: $125 

 
Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC/CPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW):

• Diagnostic Interview Session (Initial Intake): $165 
• Individual Session: $125

Reduced Discounted Out-of-Pocket Private Pay Standard Rates
The following rates are further discounted to ensure care remains accessible for individuals who face financial barriers, cannot use their insurance, lack coverage, or prioritize greater privacy in their mental health care.

• Sliding Scale- Session fees will be determined based on your placement on the Federal Poverty Guideline grid for the applicable year, as well as the licensure level of the clinician you choose to work with (e.g., student, mid-level, or licensed clinician). Until your sliding scale application is approved, you will be responsible for the standard fee outlined above. Once approved, you will receive a credit for the difference between the standard fee previously paid for regular sessions and the newly assigned sliding scale rate. Please note that sliding scale options apply exclusively to individual, couples, and family services. The sliding scale rate does not apply to the Initial Intake fee, which must be paid at the standard rate.
• Full-Time College Student Rate- $55 per session (proof of enrollment required). This rate is reserved for students assigned to a student intern and is available only to those without insurance billing options or financial support from parents.
• Military Active Duty/Retired and Dependents- $50–$70 per session (proof of service required). The rate varies based on the licensure level of the clinician:
  Student Intern: $50 per session
  Mid-Level Clinician: $60 per session
  Licensed Clinician: $70 per session
  This discounted rate applies to all sessions, including the Initial Intake fee.
