Yoga Services
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years as a life philosophy to join the individual self with what practitioners call the Divine, Universal Spirit, or Cosmic Consciousness. It has been known to increase general health, reduce stress, improve flexibility, and alleviate certain physical symptoms such as chronic pain. Important to the therapeutic process, it promotes meditation and deep breathing as well as mind/body awareness which can influence mood, self-esteem and reduced stress; making yoga very complimentary to the counseling process and overall whole wellness.
