Marriage & Family Therapist
There is a negative bias that exists. One that tells us to function under the definition of strength being how much burden we can carry, in silence. Perhaps, this is something carried within one’s lineage that was never addressed or resolved. Perhaps, this came from a failed relationship or was a representation of an environment that did not nurture one’s overall growth. Perhaps, the silence was used as sacrifice for the sake of the happiness and peace within others. No matter its roots, there is truth in knowing, beyond the lens of silence. There comes a time when one must replace silence with the journey of finding their voice and cultivating true peace of mind.
I invite you to exhale in knowing you have taken the first steps in healing by pursuing this journey. My goal is to create a warm, enriched, nonjudgmental environment that is developed in trust. One that explores the sacredness of vulnerability, expands understanding and compassion and peacefully elevates clients to an area of strength.
I look forward to working alongside of you, on your healing journey.
