And while I am an expert on mental health and change, I believe that you are the expert on you! That is why I provide an environment for you to feel safe to explore your fears, concerns, struggles and deepest desires for creating the life that you want. I use a strength-based approach that combines mindfulness with cognitive-behavioral, trauma-sensitive, humanistic, solution-focused, and narrative modalities.
I have had the honor of supporting individuals and families in their journeys of healing and life change for over a decade. I specialize in trauma and am passionate about promoting system wide change to help you thrive as an individual and within relationships.
A little about me, I grew up in Texas. I relocated to Colorado in 2014 and have fallen in love with the mountains. In my free time, I enjoy reading, enjoying the great outdoors and spending time with my loved ones.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling, happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you! You deserve to feel heard, respected and understood. You deserve to be your best self.
