Heather Laughlin, MSW, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Clinical Supervisor
Frustration, stress, and past trauma can hijack even our best days. As your therapist, I’m your sounding board, guide to self-healing and inner growth, and an instrument to unlock your potential. I enjoy working with people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Intrigued by the mind/body connection, I have pursued and practiced EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and mindfulness techniques, and find these useful for navigating held and stored emotional turmoil. Together, we can work on getting to the root of reactions, creating space for self-awareness and ultimately influence your relationship with yourself.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and that it is an effective way to unveil our best selves.
A little about me, I grew up in Colorado Springs and enjoy kindling my love for the outdoors through hiking and gardening. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, practicing yoga, reading and playing in Colorado’s great outdoors.
