Elizabeth Mottram, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
I have found that many times in life there is a tendency to hide who we are, what we are facing, or the help that we truly need. Having someone come alongside us in a third party, nonjudgmental role can facilitate authentic conversation and allow for growth and healing to begin. It allows us to find our voice, define boundaries, and learn to have a holistic mindset in caring for ourselves. My desire is to facilitate a space of acceptance, exploration, and growth through authentic interaction in a therapeutic setting.
A little about me personally, I love finding new, creative outlets that include baking, singing, and art. I love dogs and greatly enjoy spending time with my beautiful German Shepherd, Nala. Growing up in a rural area and small town, I've learned to appreciate the simple things in life, and I can relate to those who find it hard to open up to others and share their burdens. We can all use some support in life, no matter how tough we try to be, and I look forward to exploring with my clients what that looks like for them in unique and fun ways.
