Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
Pursuing counseling can be a big move for some, but once you begin, it is a usually a beautiful world of self exploration; I am here to walk that journey with you. I am passionate about "hacking" the mind to design a harmonious life. I believe that harmony is achieved when you integrate the mind, body, soul, and emotions. Being in the mental health field has not only equipped me with the tools to help my clients but it has also given me the opportunity to meet myself. To understand others, one must understand themselves. I believe where there is a will, there is a way and sometimes we need someone to walk with us and be there for us as we make sense of life.
I have experience working with people of all ages to overcome behavioral and emotional issues. I provide individual, couples and group counseling working with clients to help them improve their mental and emotional well-being. I am a friendly and approachable therapist with a knack for making people feel at ease. My main role is to assist you in reaching your optimal level of functioning. I have a strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping people and providing quality care. My professional experience has convinced me that the best thing I can do for my clients is to listen to them. With you taking the lead, I will be there to support you and help you to effectively address life challenges with an approach tailored to your needs. Positive life changes and growth is possible for you!
My biggest joys in life are staying connected to loved ones, cooking and enjoying the outdoors. I have been cooking and baking for my family and friends from an early age and see it as an exchange of love. I am also challenging myself to explore new interests because I believe that when we try new things we might discover a new talent or passion. I truly enjoy learning, both for personal and professional growth.
