Tyesha Keever, BA
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Hello, I am a clinical mental health intern studying at Adams State University. I am passionate about helping individuals gain clarity, build resilience, and achieve their personal and emotional goals. Life presents both challenges and opportunities, and therapy provides a supportive space to navigate them with confidence.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that growth comes from understanding your strengths, addressing areas for development, and exploring how relationships and life experiences shape you. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide the tools and guidance you need to create meaningful, lasting change. Mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, and I am committed to helping you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I grew up in a small town in Southern Colorado and have called Colorado home my entire life. I have a large family, including several nieces, and live with my fiancé and our cats. When I am not working, I enjoy reading and creating art. My background in applied behavioral analysis has deepened my passion for helping individuals develop and thrive. I believe that everyone deserves compassionate and effective mental health support, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space where you can grow and heal.
