Sarah Peterson, BS
Master in Counseling Intern
Life is a journey that we all experience uniquely. Our behaviors, thoughts, emotions, and habits throughout this journey will begin to define the way we experience the world. One inevitability of life is facing adversity and hardship. In these moments throughout our lives, it may become difficult to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and to exhibit the behaviors, thoughts, emotions and habits that bring us joy and happiness. I hope to walk alongside you, to listen and understand your unique story, and provide you the tools to shape the life you desire to live, on your terms.
A little about me personally, I am currently working on my masters degree in clinical and mental health counseling and am excited to be joining the Barber Family and Counseling Wellness group. In my free time, I enjoy reading, puzzles/board games, weightlifting, and spending time with friends and family.
Works with: Individuals, Couples & Families
Specializes in: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Interpersonal Struggles, Adjustment Disorders
