“The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones“— Confucius
Therapy is a safe space to explore ideas, feelings, thoughts and to take the first step in accomplishing your goals. Sometimes life can be stressful or overwhelming, but you are not alone. You have the ability to prosper and succeed in your dreams and in the healing process. We can look at personal development, establishing healthy relationships and boundaries, recovery from wounds, and finding your voice. You are not alone on your journey; my desire is to be right by your side helping you carry those small stones, one at a time, to be able flourish again and move your mountain.
Vulnerability can be difficult, and I would like to provide a judgement free zone for my clients. I believe therapy takes authenticity, empathy, and grace, and I look forward to sharing that with you. We will look at your situation holistically to see where your physical, mental, and spiritual health is to maintaining those long-lasting results. I enjoy working with a variety of ages, individuals, families, and couples. My goal is to strengthen communication skills, connections, and boundaries within families and couples. I also desire the ability to help you reach your goals or to become the greatest version of yourself. I believe that you are valuable and worthy of happiness.
A little personal note to know me: I was born and raised in Colorado. I enjoy a variety of things such as hiking, running, camping, painting, and dancing. I am very excited to walk life and journey along side my clients while pursuing my master’s degree to become a family and marriage therapist.
