Olivia Sidebotham BA
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Hello and welcome! I am excited to be here with you as you embark on this journey. I believe that every person is a vital part of their own system, and by exploring how these relationships interact, we can uncover patterns and insights that can lead to meaningful change. I see our challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation.
As a growing clinician my approach is rooted in a systemic mindset. This means I focus on understanding the dynamics within your relationships and family to foster growth and understanding. My goal is to support you through a solution-focused, strengths-based approach that helps you tap into your own resources and capabilities. I also take a holistic view, considering all aspects of your experiences—mental, emotional, and relational. Together, we’ll work to identify and build on your strengths and create practical strategies tailored to your unique needs.
A little about me, I am newly married with one dog and two cats. I love the creative and imaginative potential of expressive arts: singing, playing the piano, drawing, painting, cross-stitching, dancing, acting, and more. In the future, I plan to become certified in Expressive Arts Therapy in order to use the creative outlet as a tool that is dynamic and engaging. I am genuinely committed to helping you strengthen your relationships, enhance your well-being, and find solutions that truly fit you. I’m looking forward to partnering with you and supporting you on your path to positive change.
