Nicole Bieri, BS
Master in Counseling Intern
There is so much potential for beauty, happiness, excitement, and peace all around us. Opportunities for career advancements, new relationships, new schools, or just establishing new connections. Yet sometimes those moments seem darkened or even taken away altogether. This can leave us feeling lost and unsure of how to move forward or if that is even a possibility anymore. Perhaps moving forward now looks totally different from how we had imagined our lives to be.
Therapy is not just for the weak, or for those who cannot handle life’s challenges on their own. It is a safe place where someone can hear our pain, walk with us through some of the darkest and most challenging moments of our lives, and someone to offer support for getting to a better place. If things do seem impossible or as if they will never get better, please remember the dark always changes back to light, and time and mental resiliency will get us to a better place.
A bit about me personally, I am working towards my master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy with a special focus in trauma recovery. Previously, I spent eight years as an automotive technician and service advisor. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and love exploring the outdoors during the nice weather or staying inside to spend time in my art room making candles, mugs, and other self-care items in my free time. I believe taking care of our minds as well as our bodies is extremely important, and I would be honored to help you along your path in these areas as well.
