Licensed Professional Counselor

Just when it seems you have finally come to a stable place in your journey, life throws you a curve ball. Some of these changes are easier to take than others – they have simply become a part of the cycle of life that we’ve gotten used to. However, there are times that those changes feel unbearable and impossible. Those are the changes that may have prompted you to seek someone to walk beside you in your journey, someone who can offer you new tools to help you carry on. I am here to help you along your journey, and do just that.

As a Certified Grief Counselor, I have a particular passion for working with those who have experienced loss and are struggling with the grieving process. In addition to grief/loss, I have experience working with adults, teens, and children who deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I hope to offer a nonjudgmental space to empower you through this shadowy stage in your life and give you the tools to guide you through your next transformation.

A little about me personally, I have one daughter, one dog, and have been with my wonderful husband for ten years.
