Kaley Chiles MA, LPC, LAC
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor & Clinical Supervisor
If you are anything like me, you have gotten the distinct impression from society that you should go ahead and settle... for living a mundane existence without much of a sense of purpose, ignoring and attempting to escape from all things difficult and chasing what feels good in the moment. Everyone tells us that this is what satisfies, and when it doesn't it is easy to believe that we are broken. Trying something different is tempting, but we wonder if it is worth the effort... if WE are worth the effort, if we are capable. I work with clients to help lay aside the assumed expectations of others in order to press on for what is truly fulfilling and enduring.
I make no promises that it will be easy, but with every step comes a new sense of discovery, satisfaction, confidence, and hope!
