Feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, or lost? Is the pain from your past pervading your choices and relationships? Do you look at your life and think you should be happy, but don’t feel satisfied? You are not alone.
Therapy is a judgment-free, confidential space to be open about your concerns when it comes to who you are and what you want out of life. It is my goal to join you on this authentic journey of self-discovery and recovery. You have the power to change your life. In therapy, you will heal and be able to put down new roots so you can grow.
All are welcome. Bring the whole of who you are, your cultural background and your beliefs into the room with you.
A bit about me: I am currently a counselor in training, pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of William and Mary.
