Life is often referred to as a book...two pages are written for everyone; the first page is that of LIFE and the last page is that of death. The center pages are empty. What you write in those pages can be whatever you choose. Even when the book gets dirty, torn or broken, the blank pages are still there...waiting for you to fill them.

Life is full of many twists and turns and the way we are foundationally taught to handle life varies from person to person. We are all so unique. My view of therapy is that of a helpmate. I am one that walks alongside you in your journey toward healing and wholeness. Trauma is written in every single one of our books to some degree. What happens “to” us can often become a part of our identity. My goal is to help you reclaim your true self and walk out of trauma with newfound hope and vision to fill those pages of your story.

Let me start with my story...and like many books, it is still being written. I am from Arizona originally and I grew up in a very interesting home. At the age of 17 I enlisted in the United States Air Force and started my military journey. I completed my career after 22 years and specialized in unlawful discrimination, unequal treatment and sexual harassment and assault. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and consider myself pretty “crunchy” when it comes to health and wellness. I spent over a decade and a half as a trainer, specializing in fitness, diet and nutrition. I am incredibly passionate about holistic health and if I have any time to read, you will often find me curled up with a medical journal or article on a natural method of healing. I firmly believe that food is medicine and it can work holistically with many other models. I am overly organized and my family calls me the American version of Marie Kondo. I am a mom of two kiddos and am an Army (Special Forces) wife. We have lived here in Colorado for 16 years now.

Wellness is a holistic and collaborative approach and I am here to walk alongside you to gain that balance. Even some of the most renowned authors had co-authors.
