Anastasia Stull, MA, MFTC
Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate
As a marriage and family therapist, I have discovered that I have a heart for working with couples, families and kids, especially those with involvement in the foster care system or have domestic violence in their history. I have a huge passion for utilizing play therapy with the children that I work with and use a wide variety of approaches and intervention when working with teens, couples and families. This is typically a blend of solution- focused, dialectical behavioral (DBT), and family systems approaches to help clients develop positive relationships and meet personal and family goals. I allow these approaches to be a flashlight to shine on your strengths and guide you to utilize those strengths to improve self-image, express your feelings, make important decisions to build the life you want and deserve to have.
Seeking therapy is a brave decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I truly believe therapy is a partnership between the therapist and the client(s) and I enjoy walking alongside my clients, assisting them in overcoming obstacles that they feel are hindering their well being, increasing your ability to have the positive mental health you seek.
When I am is not in the therapy office I can be found spending time with my husband, our three beautiful children, and lots of pets, to include dogs, cats, bunnies and chickens! I really enjoy crafting, any painting or art activities, and baking allergy friendly goodies.
